The utility is one of the most capable printer administration programs available, as well as one of the easiest to learn and use, thanks to dynamic drop-down menus.

The advantages of buying an HP color laser printer is the ease of use of optional network print servers. HP has had a long history with print servers and this experience makes setting up your new HP color laser a breeze. This is important in a busy office when the last thing you want to be doing is fiddling with a printer.

HP is definitely not the cheapest brand but they do offer a lot that cannot be taken in at a glance. In my opinion HP color lasers suit high volume environments where reliability and network sharing are critical. In offices where raw print performance is an issue and high resolutions are required then you may want to consider other offerings from Lexmark and Panasonic.
